Please keep in mind we are owned and operated by truly active and extremely passionate divers. We are still a small family owned business and we think this sets us apart in today's world. We can offer real life advice based on our teams vast diving experiences around the world. If you are thinking of a diving location we can almost guarantee someone on our team has been there! We are out diving A LOT! It's our passion just like yours!

If we are out of the country the best way to get in touch is through email. If you call a shop and no one answers please leave a message and someone will get back to you. When customers are in the store we won't ignore them to answer the phone. We will typically respond within 12 hours or less! We strive to provide exceptional customer service while still managing to log 300+ dives a year per team member.

If we are out of the country diving, don't worry, we have local shipping, receiving, and retail store team members who will make sure that all of your diving needs are met in a timely manner -- you can order without worry!
