Paragon Dive Adventures offers shipping via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Items in stock and ordered before noon on business days will usually ship out from one of our store locations within two business days.

*Most orders qualify for free shipping in the continental United States* Paragon Dive Adventures will ship using the most cost effective solution available for all orders utilizing free shipping. Free Shipping generally arrives within 1-2 weeks of ordering once the item is in stock. Please select another option if you need your order faster, prefer a specific carrier or want a specific tracking option.

The order minimum to qualify for free shipping is $100. Tax, if applicable, and shipping costs do not count towards the order total for free shipping. 

Free shipping offer applies only to items bought on the ParagonDiveStore.com website. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the terms of the free shipping offer at any time.

If a refund is requested for any item that was eligible for free shipping, a restocking fee equivalent to the actual shipping cost for that item will be deducted from the refund.

👉 Note: Free shipping may not be available on rebreathers, rEvo brand items, weights, absorbent, cylinders, DPV's, clearance/sale items, used gear, or any other unusually large or heavy items.

Some shipping choices may not be available due to various reasons including package size, weight, contents and region.

For international orders, at times, we will have to contact you for additional shipping if your item(s) shipping costs exceed your shipping payment.

If you have any questions or concerns prior to ordering please feel free to reach out. The most effective way to get in touch is typically email and we normally respond within 24 hours.

If you have purchased shipping insurance offered by Paragon Dive Group in the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in shipping, Paragon Dive Group will replace your item in a timely fashion to make sure you have the gear you need. Shipping issues are becoming more and more common and our goal is to protect your dive gear investment. 

Shipping is the responsibility of the shipping service provider, and without Paragon provided shipping insurance it is on the customer to file a claim with the shipping service provider. We will assist all we can but we are extremely limited in our recourse if you do not select shipping insurance.

However, we do everything we can to assist in package recovery, including filing inquiries and investigations with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, or DHL). If you receive your order and any item(s) is/are damaged, you must keep all of the packaging (box, packing material, bag, etc).

We will not be able to warrant any damage claims without the original packaging.

We strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance if you wish to ensure you get your order replaced by Paragon Dive Group in the event of your order being lost, damaged or stolen in shipping.
