Helium Dive - Explorer 45 Double Tank Wing

Discover the Helium EXPLORER45 Signature BC System. Featuring a 45lb doughnut-shaped wing made from original 1000D Cordura fabric and top-quality components, including a Titanium backplate, D-rings, and Delrin-made valves, this system offers unparalleled durability and performance. The unique oval design optimizes buoyancy distribution, while the curved sides prevent air migration, ensuring unmatched stability during your dives.

We also use custom-assembled valves made from CNC-machined Delrin. This ensures durability and reliability, eliminating the potential failures and issues often associated with welded valves.

Unlike other wings on the market, we’ve positioned the inflator at the top of the wing. This design eliminates air gaps, improves hose routing, and enhances buoyancy control.

WING SPECS:

• OUTER SHELL: Made from original Made in USA Cordura 1000D fabric, providing excellent protection and durability. We also use Gutermann Solbond threads, specially designed for marine environments, ensuring long-lasting performance in the harshest conditions.
• INNER BLADDER: The bladder is crafted from dual-layer TPU Cordura 420D fabric, designed for inflatable products like life vests. Using an HF welding machine, we create a perfectly sealed bladder. Each bladder is tested by staying inflated for 24 hours to ensure the seams are airtight and reliable.
• DESIGN & SHAPE: The donut-shaped wing offers precise control, allowing divers to easily fine-tune buoyancy, no matter their position in the water. Its design reduces drag and effort, leading to a smoother, more enjoyable diving experience.
